Habits and related garments are priced according to the details required by the customer, fabric cost, time and the value of the skill in making the garment.

Please note the following information:

       We use our own fabric for all garments unless otherwise specified by the customer.  Unless specifically noted
        we use uniform quality fabrics manufactured for the Armed Services, police and related service industry  
        markets.   We do this because the fabric is of superior quality and wears better.

• Our fabrics are predominantly poly / wool blends. 
  We do not use cotton / poly blends (Poplin) as this fabric we consider unsuitable for our garments.  The 100% polyester fabrics that we do use are breathable and have excellent appearance.  Wool and wool / blends are becoming more expensive and any fabric made of or containing wool will reflect this fact.  100% worsted serge and gabardine fabrics are available upon request at current market pricing.

• Our customers may have garments made from their own fabrics furnished to us.  We require a liability release for any fabric furnished to us.  Prices for for garments made from customer supplied cloth are the same as garments made from our own cloth.  This is due to the liability factor in using received fabric of unknown quality.

• Our fabrics come in the following colors which we refer to as "standard colors":  grey, black, white, off white, brown, blue and various shades of these colors.  We will use any color supplied by a customer.

•  We do not offer garment kits.  We do not sell yardage or patterns nor do we offer a fabric search service.

Habit Sets are sold as complete ensembles and are made according to the usage of the particular Order or Congregation.  The Sets are: Augustinian, Carthusian, Camaldolese, Benedictine, Dominican, Franciscan and Cistercian styles.  Various versions of these sets exist and are sold as ensembles as requested.
